Warranty period and coverage
Europe: 2 years (3 years in Spain)
Other regions: 1 year
Warranty terms may vary depending on local regulations.
*Some after-sales service manuals may indicate 1-2 years due to regional issues and out-of-date updates. The actual warranty period in Europe (excluding Spain) is 2 years, and in Spain, 3 years. We are currently updating these documents, and we apologize for any inquiries.
If there are product defects, we will accept returns, exchanges, and refunds. ANLAN will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
Circumstances where a repair fee is required
Even within the warranty period, a repair fee will be charged in the following cases:
- Damage caused by dirt, scratches, breaks, or wear and tear due to customer behavior.
- Damage caused during transportation by the shipping company or other individuals.
- Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
- Exceeding the warranty period.
Repairs Not Accepted
Regardless of the warranty period, repairs will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products purchased from a store other than our company (including private sales, auctions, etc.).
- Products modified or repaired without the customer's authorization.
- Consumables and accessories that are not defective but have worn out due to normal use.
- Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the precautions and warnings in the user manual.
Warranty Returns and Shipping
For repairs within the warranty period, we will cover and reimburse the shipping costs of the product. For repairs outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.

Warranty terms are subject to change without notice. All repairs and claims will be processed according to the current warranty terms. Products not covered by the warranty will not be repaired, exchanged, or returned.
