ANLAN Rewards Program – Points & Membership Rules

Welcome to ANLAN Rewards! Thank you for choosing ANLAN. Enjoy exclusive member benefits, earn points with every purchase, and share rewards with your friends.

1. Membership Tiers

ANLAN Rewards features three membership tiers: BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD.

Your membership level is determined by your total eligible spending during each calendar year (January 1 – December 31).

BRONZE $0–$199.99
SILVER $200–$499.99
GOLD $500 or more

Membership Rules:

  • All registered members start at the BRONZE level.

  • Members can upgrade their membership level by reaching the applicable annual spending threshold.

  • Membership levels are reviewed based on eligible purchases made during the calendar year.

  • Annual spending is reset on January 1 each year, and membership levels are reassessed accordingly.

  • All three membership tiers enjoy the same standard points earning rate.

2. How to Earn Points

There are several ways to earn ANLAN Rewards Points.

2.1 Sign-Up Bonus

  • Receive 500 Points ($5) when you successfully register for an ANLAN account.

  • This bonus is awarded once per customer.

2.2 Shopping Rewards

  • Earn 3 Points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

  • All membership tiers earn points at the same rate, regardless of membership level.

  • Points are calculated based on the eligible purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

  • Points will be credited after your order has been successfully completed.

  • Points earned from canceled, refunded, or returned orders will be deducted accordingly.

2.3 Refer a Friend

Share ANLAN with your friends and enjoy exclusive discounts together!

  • Referrer: Receive a 35% OFF coupon when your referred friend completes a qualifying purchase.

  • Referred Friend: Receive a 30% OFF coupon as a welcome reward.

Referral rewards are subject to verification and applicable eligibility requirements. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent referrals are not eligible.

2.4 Special Promotions

From time to time, ANLAN may offer additional points through special promotions, seasonal campaigns, or other exclusive activities. Please check our website and official communication channels for the latest offers.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1 Points Conversion Rate

Your accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases.

100 Points = $1 OFF

For example:

3.2 How to Redeem

  • Log in to your ANLAN account to check your available points balance.

  • Redeem your points for a discount coupon through the Rewards Program.

  • Apply your redeemed coupon at checkout to enjoy the discount.

  • Points must be redeemed before completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

3.3 Combining Discounts

  • Coupons redeemed using points can be combined with other discount codes or offers, subject to the applicable promotion terms.

  • Points redemption coupons cannot be used on sale items, clearance products, or other promotional products.

  • Certain products and special promotions may be excluded from points redemption.

4. Points Expiration

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

  • Each points credit has its own expiration date.

  • Expired points will be automatically deducted from your account.

  • Expired points cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

  • Please log in to your account regularly to check your points balance and expiration dates.

Please note: Points expiration and annual membership resets are separate processes. Your membership spending is reset each calendar year, while your points remain valid according to their individual expiration dates.

5. Terms & Conditions

By participating in the ANLAN Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Transferable Points

All points and rewards are linked to the individual account holder. Points cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or combined with another member's account.

2. No Cash Value

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or refunds. Points cannot be withdrawn or redeemed outside the ANLAN Rewards Program.

3. Personal Use Only

Points, rewards, and discount coupons are intended for personal use only. They may not be resold, traded, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Order Cancellations and Refunds

Points earned from canceled, returned, or refunded orders will be deducted from the member's account. For partial refunds, the corresponding points may be adjusted accordingly.

5. Account Eligibility

Points can only be earned and redeemed through an eligible account on the official ANLAN website. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

ANLAN reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel points, rewards, and coupons obtained through fraudulent activities, unauthorized account creation, or abuse of the Rewards Program.

7. Program Modifications

ANLAN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including its membership tiers, points earning rates, redemption rules, and benefits, with reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

6. Check Your Rewards

Log in to your ANLAN account at any time to view your membership level, available points balance, points history, and rewards.
