Free Shipping on All Orders
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed after 9/29 will be shipped from 10/7.
Delivery time varies depending on the location and can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days from the date of order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@anlan.com, and we’ll provide updates on your order status.

 

If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?
We strive to ensure all items are delivered at the same time. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately due to different shipping options based on the products. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items are dispatched.

 

Can I change the delivery address after the package has shipped?
Once the package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping location of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@anlan.com.

 

① Canceling an Order
If you change your mind after placing an order, we can cancel it any time before it ships. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
② Package damaged during shipping
If you notice damage to the package during delivery, please refuse the package and contact our support team immediately. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please reach out to customer support for further assistance.

If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the loss, and neither replacements nor refunds can be issued.
